Scott Gibson graduated with a B.S. from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. He began his real estate career in 2005 as a project manager for his family’s land development consulting company, primarily managing residential land projects. Since that time, he stepped out on his own and has developed over 150 million dollars of commercial and residential projects. Scott is a recognized expert in marrying HTCs, LIHTCs, abatements and other entitlements in order to capitalize adaptive reuse and new construction projects in midwestern markets. He currently is an owner and/or developer of real estate projects valued at over 135 million dollars in Ohio and Michigan.
Cubik's chief engineer Jagels has 25 years of experience in Development and Construction Project Management. Throughout that time, he has completed over 4,000 multifamily units, whilst successfully finishing 1.5 Billion in total construction. He is adept in implementing cost control of construction projects and pre-construction development with architects and engineers to provide value engineering ideas. He specializes in pre-construction advice with architects and engineers to provide value engineering services. He is proficient in contracting negotiations with subcontractors and General Contractors. Additionally, Mr. Jagels is a qualifying agent for States that require General Contractor licensing in all states east of the Mississippi. This includes Florida, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Louisiana. Further, he is licensed in Arizona and Arkansas. Finally, Mr. Jagels is experienced in dealing with TIF, Port Authority, and Pace financing. Mr Jagels has the following degrees from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL; Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Graduate degree in Structural Engineering.
